That's something we don't see everyday!
In the days where technology is evolving and becoming more and more popular, it's nice to see that some people still stick with the old paper and pen...
My Guest Services team were baffled today when a hand written letter arrived from a prospective guest by mail...
The look on their faces was quite amusing and I don't think they knew how to respond!
Tell us, do you still write letters by hand?
